憲法9条という文化を守り発展させていくのに、使い古された鳩やピースマークにはもう飽きたので、私たちのやり方でこの条文の存在を世界に広めたいと思い、プロジェクトを始めました。世界中の都市（ニューヨーク、プーラ、バンコク、東京、大阪、アムステルダム、バーミンガム、サンフランシスコ、バルセロナ、京都、沖縄、神戸、ボストン、セカンドライフ）に張られたステッカー見て、「私たちって人気者だなぁ」ってしみじみ元気づけられてください。以下の flickrサイトに世界中から集まった画像を、随時更新しています。ステッカーのイメージもダウンロードできます。

1.4649ステッカーを大量印刷→2.世界中のスパイエージェントが配布→3.4649＠世界のビデオの完成→4.ビデオの上映とTシャツを作るワークショップ・パーティーの開催

In order to spread the beautiful and very progressive ideas behind Article 9, and to find a new way of communicating the message (saying adios to conventional peace images like pigeon...), we started 4649 project, borrowing the esthetic of the Japan's gangster culture, and twisting its violent and rather nationalistic representation. By showing the stickers in many cities (NY, Pula, Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka , Amsterdam, Birmingham, SF, Barcelona, Kyoto, Okinawa, Kobe, Boston, Second Life... )We hope to encourage Japanese people that what we hold on to is the most forward idea on the earth, and we have people from other parts of the world backing us.　We update the images from the all over the world on the flickr site.
